New IRS scam# - 573-321-9306. Also I messed with them a bit. Today I got a call from a Washington DC number. I've gotten a lot of spam calls on my cell recently so I picked up and said, "hola" as I also speak Spanish. The caller (who was automated) went into a spiel that they were with "the IRS" and that they were "taking me to court" over tax fraud. There was a ph# to call, so after the robocaller hung up I called the number. The first time I called I just dialed the number but didn't say anything. The person on the other end said, "IRS, how may I help you? Hello? Hello? HELLO?" And then hung up. I redialed because it's fun to mess with these people, and a different person said, "IRS, how may I help you?" And I said, "Hola, recibí una llamada que me dijo que debo llamar a este número para hablar sobre mis impuestos?" (Hi, I got a call that told me I should call this number to talk about my taxes?) And the person on the other said, "ummm...despacito, despacito, despacito" and hung up. I just about died laughing. I called back a third time and didn't say anything, this time a woman answered "Hello, IRS, may I help you?" And said "hello" angrily a few more times, then hung up. About an hour later I received another robocall. Same ph#, so I called them back again and the guy said, "IRS, may I help you?" And I said, "You know, I don't really think you're with the IRS." And he said, "Why is that, ma'am?" And I said, "well, your first call was automated, it didn't have my name, and you didn't say what court. BYE!" And I hung up. I called them back and the guy said, "IRS, may I help you?" I repeated my same Spanish spiel as from before. He said, "I'm sorry, can you repeat that in English?" And I said, "no, no hablo inglés." (No, I don't speak English). And he said, "you don't speak English?" And I said, "Si, no hablo inglés." He then started cursing at me or something in Arabic, so I started cursing at him in Spanish. He eventually hung up after he realized I would
