Ordered a women's jacket on 11/2/2025 after viewing website advertisement via Facebook Received coat 10 days later; the packaging had 2 labels; the original label was covered by the second shipping label which read: uniuni From: SuMai technology ltd Contact: 15867157301 475 Supreme Dr. Bensenville, IL 60106 Tracking Number: UUS5B60564241706199 It came through O'Hare (ORD) Code: ORD-R 078 Once received; the jacket was not the correct size (much smaller and no labeling) No brand label or sizing label I contacted company via email and they responded with the following: Hi XXXX, Thank you for reaching out about your order — we completely understand how disappointing it can be when an item isn’t the right fit or style.
