On November 19,2025 I placed an order with Broderft Company for a customized Pencil Sketch portrait to be drawn from a photo I Submitted. The total amount paid was $67.38 After not receiving any updates on the status of the product I contacted the company through the Support email address on the company’s website [email protected] After voicing my concern about the status of the product I ordered as a Christmas gift. I was directed to a Tracking number SF6047066138592 this tracking number did not give me any valid information it only said USA and China. After voicing my concerns in multiple emails addressed to [email protected] they continued to send back the exact same email message with the same tracking number that lead to no information about my product but it was the same exact message that read “ Dear Customer, we understand your concern about the ordered goods. After confirming with our logistics team, Package remains in normal transit. Please rest assured that the goods are in good condition and we guarantee compensation in case of any unexpected issues.” After receiving the same identical message each time I sent this company a message inquiring about the product and requesting a refund and not receiving a response other than the same scripted message is when I realized that I had been scammed and that they did not intend to send the product or a refund.
