Rolf Heavy Machinery Depot advertises numerous pieces of heavy equipment for sale. I viewed the website which is very professionally done and contacted the website phone number of 605-600-6301 and discussed the equipment with "David". After exchanging emails and videos of the equipment we sent a 3rd party to inspect the equipment. The address was found to be a vacant lot near other equipment resale companies. I contacted "David" at his cell provided at 605-681-6085 to confirm the address and directions. "David" confirmed the address of the business however was very nervous. After relaying the address to the third party inspector I attempted to contact "David" again. Within minutes "David's" phone number was no longer in service. I recontacted the main phone for Rolf Heavy Machinery and the same individual I had been conversing with acted as though he had no idea who I was. I have reported this site etc. to IC.3 (FBI) and the Rapid City Police Department. The fraudulent website Rolfheavymachnery.com is very well done. Response emails were done from [email protected] and they only operate during normal South Dakota business hours. I have retained emails and videos of equipment if required.
