I was targeted by a fraudulent organization operating under the website eleven.mdcagency.com. After I updated my LinkedIn profile, I was contacted by an individual named Amelia, who was assigned as my "Mentor." She claimed that Grace, a hiring manager at Robert Half (a legitimate agency I use), had referred me for a job proposal. Amelia explained that after a 10-day training/trial period, I would be formally employed by "Eleven Company" as a Data Upload Specialist with a guaranteed contract of $6,000.00 per month. As my mentor, she instructed me to perform a series of cryptocurrency deposits as part of this "training." She explicitly stated these were not investment fees or charges, but part of the work process. Because I operate my own business, UpRight LLC, I was interested in the proposal and continued the process until the requested deposit amounts became unmanageable. At that point, my wife reviewed the communications with the mentor and customer service, realized the fraudulent nature of the operation, and insisted I stop. We immediately ceased all communication and began securing my accounts. Between January 3, 2026, and January 7, 2026, I made 7 deposits totaling approximately $5,863.28.
