bought open box tv from walmart.com. When it came I was having trouble setting it up so i selected to support option and to website www.vizio.com/support. Phone number on website came up at 617-209-3086 to call for questions. Called and they wanted $50 to activate my tv. Didnt seem right so I hung up. Found different number for Vizio and they stated that it was a scam and they wouldn't charge to activate. Attempted to go back to the site originally went to and its now different information.
