Attention: BBB Scam Tracker I am writing to report a scam - report of suspicious activity on my intuit account. We received multiple communications from an individual posing as Randy *****. An intuit quickbooks billing invoice was created 03/10/26, invoice # 1002, transaction value $27700, payment received 03/10/2026. (3) suspicious emails reported to [email protected] . Scam - Report suspicious activity origination email(s): [email protected] & [email protected] . Email contact info (at base of each thread): Randy ***** Cates Supply Inc **** ********** ****** ********* ** ***** Phone: (620)591-1874 | Fax: (620) 591-4523 3/11/2026 - We researched Cates Supply Inc., telephoned *************, asked to speak with Randy *****, did not reach the business owner, though verified through an employee that the party does not use the above contact emails, thus determined a nefarious party phishing, scam. In addition, we received multiple calls and an email from a party claiming to be Lucy *******. Communicated fraudulent activity pending in a business bank account. $27700. Suspect seeking asset transfer. Voicemail message" Hi this is Lucy ******** I'm calling because my company just had a very large debit ACH come through the bank account, um saying it's for your company, and we did not make any purchases. If someone could give me a phone call back as soon as possible at 615-545-4574. Thank you."
