Called me saying she had sealed court documents for me. Called 3 of my family members threatening them and to have me call her. She told my husband my full ss#, which he did not confirm because he honestly did not know it anyways. There is no official court info listed online or through the county clerks office for the supposed company trying to collect the debt. I told her I was more than happy to receive any documents if it was legit, but she never verified my address to confirm for delivery. Gave me a “phone number and case number “ for a supposed attorney who wanted me to give him my husbands number so he could get bank info.
