This org has called me multiple times with automated messages from over a dozen phone numbers. This is one of many "loan offer" calls I've been getting recently (this is one of 3 different orgs). They leave a message offering a loan. If I answer to speak to someone or call them back, I get connected to a real person who attempts to college information from me. I have told them multiple times to put me on their Do Not Call list (which they've confirmed), as well as using the option in the automated message to remove myself. The phone number they have me call is 866-959-0957.
