Lottery Scam 647-671-1863 This is a Publisher's Clearinghouse scam that I got in the mail. They sent a check for more than 7k that I'm supposed to deposit and then send them the cash to "cover the taxes." "Claims Manager" is "Austin Porter." You might need the "security code" PCH-4284B. Get to it, kids!
