I received an unsolicited mailer claiming that an organization called “AAPP” is holding $309.64 in grocery & gas vouchers for me. The letter uses urgent language (“URGENT – ACTION REQUIRED!”) and threatens “automatic forfeiture” if I don’t respond. It includes a personal claim number (LL3947150), a QR code, and a phone number (656) 265-0538. It was sent via Presorted First Class Mail, Tampa FL Permit #3024. I have no relationship with “AAPP,” and this matches known voucher-bait scams reported to the BBB. I am reporting this to warn others and document the scam pattern.
