Ready2Clean was contracted to perform a deep cleaning of the 5th Floor Courthouse in Carrollton, GA for the agreed price of $1,500.00, with the service date set for May 28, 2025. Prior to the cleaning, we were instructed to call Jim at 678-622-8087 on the day of service so he could provide access to the building. We were also told that, for entry, we must state that we were representing Quality Cleaning Service; without using that name, access would not be permitted. After completing the work, we were instructed to send the invoice to 971-420-4538. We were informed that the invoice was approved and that payment was pending. On June 4, 2025, we were told to allow one more week for funding. On June 16, 2025, we were advised that payment would be issued within two weeks. During a text communication with Demitry Buzhduga on June 30, 2025, he stated that he had emailed the party responsible for paying him, and once he received those funds, he would then pay Ready2Clean. He later claimed a check had been mailed on July 1, 2025, and on that same day stated he would also send payment via Cash App. We were then told that a check had been cut and mailed and that it should arrive by July 7, 2025. When the check did not arrive, Ready2Clean followed up on July 11, 2025. Despite reminders and assurances—including promises of future work—payment has still not been received. Demitry claimed it takes a long time because it is the government. As of 11.13.25 no payment has been received.
