Community Reports

March 5, 2026 Subject: Dispute of Fraudulent Charge – Travel Enterprises LLC On August 20, 2025, I was contacted by Stephanie Velilla from Travel Enterprises LLC, stating that I had unused exchange weeks from my timeshare that could be rented to corporate clients. During the call, Stephanie Velilla made the following representations: • I could rent up to 8 exchange weeks at a rate of $1,800 or more per week. • These weeks could be rented because I had unlimited weeks available to exchange. • The company works only with corporations, not individuals. • All 8 weeks would be rented at one time. • The process could take up to 180 days, but my account would be expedited to 90 days to build trust. • She stated they had many corporations requesting weeks and many satisfied clients who rent their weeks every year for additional income. • She also stated that if I was not satisfied, there was a 100% money-back guarantee. I was told that in order to rent the weeks, I was required to pay $399 per week, totaling $3,192, to purchase the exchange weeks through Interval International. I was then transferred to James Radak in Verifications to complete the payment. After the initial 90-day period passed, I attempted multiple times to contact Stephanie Velilla at 689-228-4013, leaving several voice messages and text messages. I have not spoken with her since August 20, 2025. The only way to check my account status was through the website TheTravelEnterprises.com or by calling customer service at 800-917-9984. I contacted customer service numerous times and received the following responses: 12/2/2025 – Spoke with Taylor, who stated there were events coming up in January and that I should receive rental offers within two weeks. No offers were received. 12/9/2025 – Leo called me at Stephanie’s request and stated there was a convention coming up and I should receive offers within a few weeks. No offers were rec [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: The Travel Enterprises] [Location
