The person claiming to be from spectrum tv called my cellphone and I didn’t answer and said my contract was running out and he had a new offer for me so I called back because I did have spectrum tv and he said they were running a special if I paid 480.00 today that I wouldn’t receive a bill till next February and there after my bill would be 40 a month then he goes on to say target is also giving 480 in gift cards so I would be having cable for a whole year free.
