Received a voicemail that stated the following “ Hi my name is Alexis James. I'm calling from Southwest radiation with James Wilson. Regarding our potential civil action that will be filed in my firm in your name. I do need to speak with you The number to reach me is 17252384355. Call and ask for mediator Alexis James. Alexis James contacted from South West Mediation Group calling in regard to magainze supscriptions through Reader Services where the full contract was not paid. Alexis James stated the company would file a civil suit with breach of contract and request the full amount be paid without giving credit of payments made, totaling $2400 plus any legal fees. When asked for a contact number for Reader services she stated they would refer back to her as they had tried to get ahold of me for over six years and was unsucessful. When asked for a reference number an account number was given when asked for a call back number she gave 725-238-4355, which was not the number she orignially contact from.
