Received a call from a male stating that they were from a process serving company and that they had an agent who has been trying to serve me court summons. They called from (760)663-2246 and gave me the name and number of the legal firm attempting to serve me the summons, which was Evergreen Law Firm (855)622-0125. Additionally this was the case number that they gave me that they said was associated with the criminal complaints against me - 25-006577. He said that this was the actual court case number. He said that he had a process server that would be at my house in 1 hour and that he needed to confirm that I would be home because I needed to sign and the reason that he was calling to confirm was because I had missed multiple attempts and now it was imperative that I was present because the courts were going to do something because of this and my failure to appear / respond. When I questions the case number and other aspects of the story they just kept referring me to call the law firm for questions with the number provided. When I called the legal firm - evergreen at the above referenced number, the gentleman was rude and told me that there are some issues or charges that I'm being sued in a summons is being sent to me and that I will be taken to court I didn't feel comfortable verifying my social security number beat them because they didn't give me any of their information or identify themselves other than saying his name was Rodriguez I believe first name Andrew or Robert. After this he hung up on me.
