I placed an order for goods/services (hair vitamins) with Lumin on December 22, 2025. My order number is #35444. My order was supposed to be delivered December 30, 2025. I received the USPS Priority Mail tracking number of 9505527398765620260483. Every day the tracking number says in transit and in Austin, TX. I've emailed customer service at [email protected] to no avail. They don't have a phone number listed. Also, there are several people on various social media platforms giving stories of how they were also scammed, one young woman said this company is using her photos and videos to promote their product without her consent. No one has responded to my emails and they have no phone number listed. I only purchased because their vitamins had good reviews but further research found that the reviews are also fake. At this point I'll just take the loss but I wanted to report this company to help others and to hold them accountable. Thank you.
