Very similar story to what I later found reported to BBB as a scam with the same phone number. Claim to do Thermador repairs. They show up, get payment with check or Zelle to order parts ( [email protected] ), and then never show up again despite texts and calls. They have nothing to do with Thermador and are not licensed in New York City. I suspect from the web sites on-line that this is a Colombian scam.
