The physical property appears to be under renovation and empty of any tenants. Scammer stated callers must apply for and pay for several applications before seeing the property costing from $1 to $35.00. Scammer promised to refund the money upon meeting the potential tenant. He is generating a profit from these websites which require payment: http://creditnapt.com/iq06; http://yourscoreandmore.com; https://easytenantform.com/apps9; http://mymothlyscore.com. After 7 days, these website repetitively charged my bank account multiple times.
