received email from The Geek Squad, San Juan, PR stating that my contract was renewed and owed $348.37... when called directly to a number i hae for the bussiness in question, i was told that they dont deal with things like that a gave a number ro call.... 1.800.433.5778 ,, there i was told that they dont handle the colection that i had to call CityBank who is in charge ... i asked for a supervisor or the office of colections from them and was told no one there to call the bank.... bank 1.800.947.9100 ,, there the first thing they (AI) ask is for card number,,, when replied no have card with citi bank i was transfered to same system but touch tone, because they could not understand what i was saying.. i was requesting 'representative' new system still asks for card number ... when touched 10 zeros was back at the begining so i hanged up...
