Received a phone call from 1-800-950-5114 from "James Will" who had a heavy Indian accent. He claimed that someone in NYC just utilized a MasterCard in my name to purchase firearms online and this purchase was a violation of federal law, so Citibank notified Homeland Security. "James" wanted to discuss legal implications with me. I informed him to cancel that card and I hung up. I notified Citibank of the call and they advised that it was fraudulent.
