I received a Final Notice letter.. It states that it's an important matter regarding our property. It was listed in my ex-husband’s name and stated my address, but it said it's secured by your current lender, which is a **Private Lender. It stated it's their FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY ME, but I've never received this letter before. It has a Record Number ID# 8106683998 with an attached allocated waiver in check form.
