I was notified that my renewal date has expired and that I would be charged $234.95 for another 2 years for Internet Defender, a product I did not have or prescribed to. I was to open a .pdf file to read which explained this. I was given a phone number if I wanted to dispute the claim. I made the mistake to call the number. When I did, they answered, then hung up. I assume that they recorded my number. When I called back, I got a "Not in Service" message. I got a second (similar) email from a Dale Green, Jefferson, Indiana with a similar message asking for $234.99, and an email [email protected] , to call 1-812-289-5563. Calling this number gave similar results-- hang up and a not in service message.
