I rec'd an email invoice to my account today, seemingly from PayPal. Upon looking at the charge I immediately realized I "did not' make the purchase. Therefore, with the complaint number provided in the email (815 296 4187). I called it to inform them that I "did not" make that purchase. The person I spoke with (foreigner) told me,after I provided the Invoice number; that the order was made from Nigeria and I was hatted and that I would have to speak with their cancellatin department to CANCEL the order. That employee after infroming me to contact the CAMCELLATION Dept, he went on to ak me what type phone I had (Apple or Android). Then he asked me turn my phone speaker on, to allow them to access my phone. I informed him; I had called from my office phone and did not call from my Apple phone. At that time I lost that person and phone connection. I HIGHLY suspect it was All a scam to get more PII along with my email that they alresdy has. Question: What is the BEST security protection that you recommend for phone and laptop protection?
