Received a call and they left a voicemail "This is civil claims processor with the county. We're calling in regards to this requesting summons that was issued this morning from the Department of Check and Arbitration. They have requested that you served today within the hours of 5 and 6pm at your residence or place of employment. If you like to resolve this matter on voluntary terms, you need to speak with the plaintiff immediately at 830-391-8300. If they do want to granting you and adjournment when you resolve the matter voluntarily, make sure they fax us over the stand down order. We need that legal document no later than 3pm today. We do not receive the legal correspondence. Make yourself available. Thank you. Good Luck and you have officially been notified.
