I placed an order at weltmart.com whose address is listed on their website as: 3155 Ackerman Rd, San Antonio, TX 78219. The order was for a Gas Snow Blower for $540. Other than a shipment notification email with a tracking link, I have not received any communication from the company as to when I would be receiving the product I ordered. The tracking link does not work and takes me to a 404-error page. 16 days after my order was placed, I still had not received the product. When I placed the order, the website said I would receive free shipping in 1-4 business days. I contacted the company twice, once through email and I called the number listed on their website twice, March 26th and March 29th (+1 830 965 8684). Nobody has responded to my emails, and nobody answers when I call or has returned my call. The outgoing voicemail for the company does not include a company name. My credit card was charged the full amount but the business name on the charge is listed as a company named Phase 2 Growth based in London, England, contact info: PHASE, 160 CITY ROAD, KEMP HOUSE LONDON, EC1V, ENG, UNITED KINGDOM OF GB AND NI 442030122404. Additionally, on the tracking email, the contact information for the shipping company (company name Direction Prime) shows a non-US phone number. Based on the above, I do not believe this to be a legitimate company and that this is a scam. The only way to get my money back was to put through a dispute of the charges with my credit card.
