I signed up for a trial product and paid my $9.98 and received the product sometime at the end of August 2025. I did not find any information about cancelling within 7 days or I would be charged the remaining price of $179.18. I received a call from a Lumiera sales person on 10/06/2025 requesting the balance of $179.18. They asked if I wanted to continue auto ship of the product each month and I told them no so they demanded I pay the $179.18 and they would cancel all future orders. That call was from a Monica Lopez at the phone number of 833-364-3357. On 11/11/2025 I received a phone call from a very rude person by the name of Pia Alonzo and when I asked for her return number she gave me 877-205-7240 yet she called from a local CA number of 714-462-0311. She claimed I failed to pay the prior $179.18 which now has included late charges. While we spoke I gave her the information from my credit card which stated the amounts of $179.18 was on my credit card statement on 10/06/2025 with the merchant name of LOOKNOFURTHERESTFUL, but she claimed it was not the same merchant and must have been some other product I ordered. I never ordered any other products, but paid the amount on another credit card today which when I received the texts from my banks it listed two different merchant names such as FUTUREVISIONEL, POWERDRIVEGARAGEEQUIPM. Therefore they forced me to pay for the product twice just to cancel my order. Both time they promised to send emails from Lumiera confirming cancellation but they were never received. I requested and received the cancellation numbers on both occasions and when I called them at the 888 number naturally they claim they do not exist. This company is a fraud, they use forceful tactics from sales people that no doubt work as telemarketers all over the world.
