Received a letter from noted PO Box 19595, Jacksonville FL 32245-9595, it was stating my county, close date, loan amount, bank lender name. Message addressed myself and mentioned " We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage. Please call 1-833-408-1609" [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Mortgage service center] [Location: MD, USA- 21122]

I recently refinanced my home to obtain a HELOC loan with my lending institution. I have received at least 5 solicitations from The Mortgage Service Center stating "We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage. Please call 1-809-407-1587" OR on a second mailing from the same phone number, they know my name, the amount of my loan, the loan number, the date it closed, county where the loan closed and the name of my lending institution. Identifying information about them is the same as the mailings with the ...1587 phone number. I haven't called either number but now plan to call the fraud department of my lending institution. In a different mailing with much the same message and identifying information the telephone number is 833-408-1609.
