I received a missed call from (855)983-0168. They left a voicemail. I checked the voicemail and it was an automated voice naming the Hines Consulting Solutions. Voicemail Message: Hello, this is the office of Hines Consulting Solutions. This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. We have made several attempts to reach you regarding a matter of extreme importance, that needs your attention. This is a time sensitive matter, so it would be very beneficial for you to call us back as soon as possible at 8442801852. Again, this is a very urgent matter. Please hit the green call back button or dial 8442801852, thank you. When I asked how they attempted to get a hold of me. He stated by that address we have on file. I said what address is that? He said it. I said I have no Idea what address that is? He said that is why we couldn't get a hold of you because you didn't keep your information up to date. When they send you any paperwork through email, at the top of the paperwork it states LCS MEDIATION SERVICES. The address that LCS uses is the address for the Hines Consulting Solutions. When I asked for the original file from the company that sent me to his company. He stated that he would have to ask his legal department to get it and then it would go to the courts and I would have to give them my attorney's information and I would have to pay $1000 in court cost plus that amount of the original debt plus interest, but he can send me a letter through email that shows what information he has right now. He said my file has been in his office for 772 days. I have asked why his office has not tried to contact me. He said because if I missed my car payment the car payment company does not call you to tell you that you missed a payment. They just come and take your car. I keep getting contacted by this company LCS Mediation Group calling & leaving me voicemail messages from phone number 844-277-3178 and this time message was left from senior associates David Robinson claimed received an affidavit and said a manager or human resources will need to sign off on my behalf to be served and will move forward with claims against me for legal action. I have been contacted by other phone# 844-280-1852 by Elia Carreon. Please stop this as this David Robison mentioned my last 4- digits 5255. Please stop these harassing phone call scams immediately. I received a call and they left the exact same voicemail word for word as the other reported scam phone call from this same company. I know it is a scam because I do not have any debts in a collection status and no one has attempted to call me from this organization prior to today. Said they have my file and have been trying to reach me. Used 844-280-1852 as a call back number. Called it from my work number and a woman named "Chase", who did have an accent, probably from India, answered it. Did not identify the company when I called. This is a robocall scam.
