1. I have been contacted by a "bank" claiming I have an overdue credit card bill. There is no proof of any charges, just a total amount due. When I call the customer service #. I am asked to give my complete Social Security #!! I have called the # several times on different days to no avail; I cannot speak to a human! 2.
