Purchased a necklace off a merchant website called moslash (https://mxm02.com/?country=US). Tried to inquire in shipping via email ( [email protected] ) as I had not heard from them in 10 days. Website claims in the shipping link "All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse." As I did not get a response back I tried the number on their website (13245563355). This number failed to complete a call. I then went to my bank to dispute to charge only to see a different company name, address, and phone number pop up: NOSTALGIA FAMILY BRANDS, INC 20 PAPE DR ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS NJ, 07716 848.466.9607 I called that phone number only to discover it is an individual's personal phone number and they have no ties to a company or business. They were quite alarmed as to how I got their phone number. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and am waiting for resolution at this time.
