Attepted to cancel insurance. I originally spoke to a R.M. medical insurance agent in July 2025. He provided the number for Neo Ins. Solutions to be 866-840-7730 if i needed to speak to them about managing my insurance. (I attempted to call R. M.- INSURANCE AGENT at original number of 855-407-4747.. the number provided by R*M* Ins. Agent as the return phone call # for him.) Feb.10th 2026, I called the number #866-840-7730, ( # provided for me by the R.M. during call in July 2025) I called to verify my cancellation. The call, upon answering ( in a British accent) states Thank you for calling. Then recorded message states that as appreciation for calling they have $100 gift card to send out to you. Then a young female latin voice starts talking.... phone static... states yes we are : Neo Insurance Solutions and offering $100 gift card for calling to check on your insurance. REQUESTING NAME AND INSURANCE INFO ... THEN PHONE STATIC.. then comes back on ...after stating you cant hear them. Then woman states that she understands reluctance to give address info... but requests Bank Routing information to deposit $100 into your personal account. When i didnt reply, she repeated the need to get all my banking info. several times. When i stated i was only needing to cancel my insurance policy. The woman stated that she wants to make sure i am not being billed incorrectly and again asks for Bank info. * At this point... i said... "No, i am not.. but i can surely report this number as FRAUD... and attempting to steal money from people and requesting private personal bank info!" When i said i would report it... the woman said, "Ok, have a nice day.." and hung up on me. .css-c8hvdp{--Grid-columns:12;-webkit-flex-direction:row;-ms-flex-direction:row;flex-direction:row;min-width:0;box-sizing:border-box;display:-webkit-box;displa [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Neo Insurance Solutions] [Location: MO, USA- 63077]
