I purchased a product (handbag) on Facebook, all advertising was for a leather bag handmade in Italy, I found the website so I purchased. When received, it was fake leather (plastic, vinyl etc.) and I put a note inside, paid for return shipping, emailed them the tracking number and requested a refund, all the same day I received it. Received email back that I need to return it to China since that's where it was from. Sent email back that I had already returned it by USPS and sent the tracking number again. They keep sending email with China address where I must send it. Their advertisement stated full refund within the 30 day return policy. I just want my money back since I returned the bag to the address where it was mailed from and I want everyone to know not to do business with this company because it is a total fake.
