Placed an order for two beautiful sterling silver bracelets on Jan. 13, 2026. Paid through Paypal. Order arrived Feb.6, 2026. The absolute garbage they sent was made of cheap metal and plastic. Without going on and on this is obviously bait and switch. I complained thru email (no phone # to be found). I received an email response consisting of muti-step instructions, so detailed, most people would give up then and there. They sent the return address of: Haus-Mode.de/return.
