During the "open" enrollment period for buying health care insurance in December 2025. Shopping online, thought I was applying for health care "insurance". Company reached out to me while I was online. Sold me into there program. I repeated i need "health" "INSURANCE ". Asked about deductible, prescription care, eye care, and dental. The gentlemen assured me this was an insurance program. Pulled $268.12 to begin coverage Jan. 1, 2026. Once "paid" the truth came out. They deducted the amount on 12/15/25. Cleared my bank on 12/17/25. I called immediately on 12/19/25 to CANCELED. Once i read the fine print, i found out it was NOT health care insurance. It was a "savings" plan for health insurance payments. I was told on the 19th, it was canceled, and i would be refunded the amount with in 7 - 10 business days. I began calling on 12/29/25. Told to respond to emails. Responded to seventeen emails. YES! Seventeen. Back and fourth, please call your number provided. I called and was told "Rose" from the management department would be calling me. 866-236-5737. On 1/14/26. No phone call. I have since filed a dispute with my bank in regards to this very miss leading company, the fact i immediately took action to cancel, the fact that i have yet to talk with someone from this company, and the fact i have NOT been refunded the amount. The fact this was connected to a government health care insurance site? If they have done this to me, whose to say how many "other" people have been miss lead and their money kept? Thousands of dollars instantly. Please do something. This shouldn't have happened during open enrollment for health care "insurance".
