In the beginning this all started with a home message left on my cell number saying: “We have attending case for”—“NAME"—They will need to reference file# - - — —.There has been a complaint filed in our office, documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out and you will need to be available to sign for the delivery. They issue an agent will that confirmation. If they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 1-866-578-8854. Again that # is ———. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts made to notify you. On January 16, 2026 10:35 am I received this voicemail left on my voice message on my cell phone. At this point I had no idea whether this was legitimate the real deal or not, spam or a rip off artist, scammer. The number who called me to leave this message was 1-983-207-2056.
