Received a call on my cell, didn't answer as the number was unknown. Voicemail was left. Here is what they said, "Good afternoon my name is Erica and I am calling from Regional One. Ms. xxxxx I reached out yesterday and stated that your information was provided as the sole point of contact for **** xxxxxx, 28 years of age. Not sure if you were able to get that information to **** hwoever, I do want to advise you that today is our final attempt to gain that requested signature. If you can make sure she is aware without receiving that sto order or verification by one, I am instructed to dispatch a carrier to all points of locations necessary in order to gain the requested signature. I do want to advise that we have residencies across state lines. I have the address xxxxx, xxxx, and xxxxx. However ultimately, without receiving that requested signature, the carrier enforcing the notice will simply issue this to the place of employment. And we require a manager also be available as we will require a third party witness. The intention is not to embarrass **** nor has it been. Please advise her that she would need to gain that stop order or verify scheduling terms piro to one if she would like to avoid these initial or additional allegations. Scheduling they could be reached directly at 866-676-5451. *** This entire voicemail was left on 12/04/25 and the person they reference is my ex-husband's daughter whom I do not know and would not be a sole point of contact for. This is a dead give away to be a scam through a phishing attempt to gain information. I am reporting this to BBB and have blocked the private number who left this message ... 401-648-6254 and am blocking 866-676-5451. I received a call that said: "Hi this is Sherry Cena. I am trying to get in touch with you in regard to a complaint that was filed against your name and social. When you get this message if you could give me a call back. I'm just trying to get a statement on your behalf. I can be reached at 866-676-5451 at Extension 508."
