On 12/23/25 at approximately 12:30 pm Mountain time, I received a call on my personal cell and home phone from a company claiming that there was a lien placed on my property and to call them immediately to avoid legal action. The company was called PSS, the rep's name is Crystal and they left a case number of 2025-308234, and phone number 866-811-0429. I called back, spoke with a female that refused to give her name, stated they needed to mail any and all correspondence, she said she will have a court serve papers but needed to confirm my address. I then told her this was a scam and there is no lien on the property and she said there was and they've been hired to collect a debt of over $12k. I told them to stop calling me and serve me.
