Received a call from "Winsor Legal Group" stating I owed on a loan taken from CashUSA back in either August 2017 or November 2018. They did verify my name, birthdate, and SSN! When asked to have an email or letter mailed with documentation, they had sent email from " [email protected] " and company name was on letterhead with address and phone number. Representative said I needed to either pay immediately or can setup payment options before they continue to process a court proceeding for hearing on debt discussed by Friday, January 16th. My family member also said they had received call from same number of (866)881-4502 and was given a reference number as well and that I needed to call immediately. I do not recall taking out any loans and even searched my bank account for those years presented and nothing was shown from either lender nor any amount close to that of being deposited. I also called the "Law Group" directly and said they are not affiliated with the reference number provided. I googled address and a leased building was shown and another law office was shown for similar address on letterhead but also not affiliated.
