I looked for "Pellet Stove repair near me" since we needed service on our stove. I clicked on "Westminster Chimney Sweep" as it looked like a local business to support. I called the number and THOUGHT I was speaking with Westminster Chimney Sweep. They said they could come look at the stove and that it would be $369 but that the cost of the visit would be put toward the repair itself. The man came, looked at the stove- did nothing but turn it on to hear the noise it was making that we were concerned about and I paid the $369 via check. He said they would be in touch with the estimate. My husband called the 240 number listed above on 2/6 and was told they would be in touch. I didnt hear from them until 2/7 where I got a text message from a 870-392-5653 number asking if we received the estimate for repair. I called and said I did not- they said they would get back to me. Nothing heard- called back again 2/10 requesting a manager to call me and they said someone would call me back- no one called. I was ghosted.
