Jody Miller (872) 221-0197 sent me a text message on 1/1/2026 stating that he had gone to the board on my behalf and asked them to give me $250,000. He then send a text asking for my name, address, occupation, age, phone number, marital status, sex, income and whether I am "deaf or hearing." I went to the NIH website and found out that when a grant is awarded they send out an notice of award letter.....not a text message. I confronted him letting him know that I know this is a fraud and that I am reporting him to all agencies. He sent an email back stating "THIS IS NOT A SCAM......." There were discrepancies in his story, plus tons of typos and grammatical errors in his text messages. First he said that I had a pending application that I filed 11/16/2021, then he said my name and IP address has been drawn from the Facebook lottery and I am among the winners. I am not on Facebook.
