I thought I was ordering a liver cleanse product through a site on Facebook for 39.99, instead I was sent a package with 8 bottles of different products, and my credit card was charged 299.93. I have lodged a dispute with my credit card company. I spoke with customer service at 877-200-9802 where at first they told me they could refund me 50.00 which I said was unacceptable because they have scammed me and I told them I wanted a complete refund on my credit card. The customer service representative stated if I send it back and pay for the shipping, they may refund the full amount, and I said no you scammed me and you should pay the shipping and she then hung up on me. I need help with a resolution and to warn other people to do not do business with this company for the product Sweet Restore.
