I received a call from (559) 302-9074 (Visalia, CA number). The voicemail was from Jasmine with County Courier Services, stating CCS was contracted by the county. The reason for the call was to advise there were several failed attempts to deliver documents and Jasmine was giving me 24 hours as a courtesy to provide my current address for service of said documents. She provided a file number and a call back number to provide my contact info (877) 217-0399. Definitely a scam. If any person/agency is going to serve you with documents, they certainly are not going to call you to give you a heads-up that you are being served. AND, if the service was legitimate, whoever is serving you would already have your contact/service info.
