Called my cell as well as a family member and left a voicemail stating “ This message is intended for **********. I'm calling on behalf of the Flathead county process service office regarding a court summons filed under case number 471-4345 BB. This is a legal notification from the county process server's office. We are contacting you to inform that an attempt was made to serve you with legal documents requesting your appearance in court. However, the documents were returned from the address we have on file. To avoid a failure to appear. We recommend that you contact the attorney in charge of your case. Her name is Wendy Smith. At 877-316 0087. Our office will be able to provide additional details regarding your case, including the filing date. I got a voice message for my mother on my voice mail stating they were from the Williamson County Process Server's office with instructions to call an attorney named Wendy Smith at 877-316-0087. The phone call came from 512-649-0684. When you call that number back there is a message that says to call the 1-800 given in the voice mail. My mother has no lawsuits against her now or ever and I'm not sure how they got my phone number attached to her number. Very creepy!!
