The caller (a female voice) did not state her name. left a voice message on my cell phone, attempting to reach my elder mother. They said they were calling on behalf of DDS and that they have been retained to schedule to deliver legal documents (they left a file number) which requires signature. They would only be making two attempts to deliver the legal documents. If she does not sign, it will be considered "failed action to serve" and they would be moving forward without her consent. They told her to call 877-992-4538 and reference the file number to confirm delivery. They also had her address. The caller did not leave the name of the "firm" [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: DDS / Developmental Disabilities Services / impostor] [Location: WA, USA- 98686]
