very disappointed in HP. Contacted on 11/7/25 for help with problem on new laptop. Was help by someone, but was taken advantage of they stated I needed a virus check but proceeded to put on my laptop. I did go to www.hp.com/support. I also called 888-274-9279. was transferred to 747-666-5025 where I was really taken advantage of, they tried to scam me out of money. I was called again from 707-743-5175. not happy at all hung up, I received an email for HP asking me to fill out survey, I did truthfully, not a good one. I then got a call from 747-666-5025 for follow up on the survey and why bad. I told them what I thought, hung up and block the number. Today I received notification to up date my security. I deleted I have know trust in HP at this time, plus if cost me to have my laptop debugged!! thank you for your time. They got into my bank account but we were able to stop it with the bank before money was taken. I tried to contact HP with this complaint but was unable too.
