I got a phone call from Sawyer and Assoc stating the state controllers office was going to garnish my wages and they have the loan until the end of March said to contact them at 888.422.5805 Sara, I called them back spoke with Josh Turner and he said that this was from VIP Payday loan and it was for the amount of $1084.00 and the rest was interest, he said that he could close the account if I paid it in full by the end of March and wanted my credit card number. I asked him to send me some sort of paperwork and he said he was not able to that he would only be able to send me the confirmation of our agreement.
