Microsoft refunding (888) 669-8998 The spiel here is that Microsoft has had a server crash, so they need to refund you, the microsoft user, for something that they've yet to explain clearly. They then ask you to visit a website, not sure for what though, I haven;t gotten that far. Have fun!
