IRS Fraud? I received a voicemail with the following message: “This call is from the legal department of the internal revenue service and nature and purpose of this call is to inform you that we have received a legal petition notice filed under your name so before this matter goes to the federal court house or before you get arrested please call immediately on our department number 901-443-1623 I repeat it's 901-443-1623 thank you…” I know that I am not in trouble with the IRS & find it amusing. But not necessarily. I do know that you receive warnings from the IRS in the mail, not the phone. Is this fraud work? Thanks!
