Pch faker beggars I received a phone call and follow-up email claiming I won a Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes. The sender requested upfront payment of taxes/fees via wire transfer or MoneyPak prepaid cards. The letter also falsely references the Better Business Bureau and names “Stephen M.
